Our Leadership Team
Managing Director — Paul Brown (Founder)
Paul Brown founded Lawn‑Scapes Landscaping & Mowing in 2009 with his wife Natalie; and built the business on hard work, integrity and genuine care for people. Paul sadly passed away in August 2025 after a brave battle with aggressive cancer. His values, leadership and commitment to community continue to guide Lawn‑Scapes every day, and his legacy remains at the heart of everything we do.
Director of People & Safety — Natalie Fitch
Natalie oversees Contract Management, Workplace Health & Safety, and the performance monitoring of our operational teams. With a strong background in compliance, leadership and people development, she ensures our staff are supported, our systems are robust, and our service delivery remains safe, consistent and client‑focused.
Office Manager — Kelly Mulcahy‑Brown
Kelly leads our administration and accounts functions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the business. She is the backbone of our office, managing client communications, scheduling, invoicing and internal coordination with precision and care.
Head of Operations — Robert Carkeet
Robert oversees the daily operational workload and ensures safe, efficient and high‑quality service outcomes across all sites. Working closely with our field teams, he coordinates resources, supports staff on the ground and maintains the high standards our clients rely on.
Workforce Manager — Graham Carkeet
Graham is responsible for staff competency, compliance, training and development. He ensures every team member is equipped with the skills, qualifications and support they need to perform at their best and uphold Lawn‑Scapes’ commitment to excellence.
